We comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR):
• Our members agree in the Registration Form to receive our emails. They tick an opt-in box confirming they are happy to receive our emails and for us to contact them.
• Our members can add their businesses to our Business Directory. This includes their business name, address and phone numbers. Most of our subscribers have joined themselves. If not, we first ask them if they want to be added to our Business Directory. They can correct or withdraw their entries whenever they wish.
• We tell our members that we have set cookies and clearly explain what the cookies do and why. We must also get the user’s consent, which must be given actively and clearly.
