1. SERVICE and PRICE LIST
Posting an advert to members of EverywhereK® incurs a fee depending on the content of the advert.
Adverts are distributed once via email, individually & on the equivalent digest. In addition, they remain on the EverywhereK® website for 6 weeks or earlier if they are deleted by the author.
We reserve the right to reject any advert or ask the poster to resubmit it using a different category. Our decision is final in this matter.
All our prices assume that you will be submitting adverts directly online via the normal posting mechanism. NB They are Website only prices. If an invoice is required, for whatever reason, a small additional admin charge of £5 will be made and the prices may be a little higher.
We may vary these prices at any time. The correct price is clearly displayed to the user just before they decide to proceed with their submission of an advert. We also reserve the right to not refund payments for adverts when it is felt that our time has been wasted.
If you wish an advert to be distributed anonymously then a small extra charge will be added.
2. SPECIAL CASES
Any private car sale ads cannot be mixed in with 'Items > To Sell' Categories. They need to submitted as separate adverts instead.
Email addresses cannot appear anywhere in the body of any messages or on any images submitted with the message/advert. All replies will automatically be directed to the registered email address of the person submitting the advert. If an email address is found in an advert then an error message will be displayed.
If people expect replies to a particular email address then they must submit the advert from that email address & consequently register it if they haven't already done so. Registration is free of charge.

4. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may ask us to cancel your advert, prior to our system distributing it to all the EverywhereK® members, and you will be entitled to a refund, provided it was our fault that you chose to cancel the advert, and not because you chose the wrong category.
This also applies if we decide not to proceed with your advert, for whatever reason.
15% OF THE PAYMENT FOR YOUR ADVERT IS NON-REFUNDABLE TO COVER ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES. A full refund will, however, be made at our discretion. However a credit towards a future advert may be given, but it must be used up within 6 weeks of the date of the original submission.
We will always try to comply with a request to cancel an advert, subject to it being suitable entirely at our discretion but, in the event that an advert has already been approved, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by our members.
Once your advert has been posted on the EverywhereK® website/or distributed to its members, cancellation and refund is no longer available.
5. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
5.1 FAIR USAGE POLICY: It is strictly forbidden for members of EverywhereK® to use EverywhereK® and the data contained therein, for the purposes of commercial gain, without the written permission of the owners of EverywhereK® neither are they allowed to pass such information on to any third party. If we discover that a member is doing this, then we will expect to receive a suitable referral fee. As a minimum, their membership may be reduced to 'Advertiser' status without us having to give them notice. At this time they will only be able to advertise and not be able to view or reply to other member's adverts.
'Advertiser' member status may also be imposed if our admin staff discover that a member is potentially advertising a product or service to other members without actually submitting a paid advert on the system. As soon as this is realised, we will try to inform the member so that they can submit paying adverts for the product or service being offered.
5.2 All those who use our services enter into a contract which operates under the Law of England and Wales, so it is our company in this jurisdiction against which any claims would have to be brought.
5.3 We reserve the right to terminate your membership of EverywhereK® if we feel that you have breached any of our terms and conditions etc, without having to give you a reason. This can also happen if we are informed that a member has made derogatory statements about our system to other people.
